What age should my baby be for newborn photos?
The easiest time for me to photograph a newborn is the first three weeks after they have been born. I photograph older newborn babies too; they just don’t always want to do the cute curled up sleepy poses like the brand-new babies do.
When should I schedule my newborn session for my baby?
You should schedule your newborn session as early into your pregnancy as possible (The second trimester, if possible). While I try to accommodate last minute newborn sessions, sometimes it is not possible.
Do you only photograph newborns?
Yep! I specialize in Newborn Photography. My focus isn’t divided between all the other things I could be photographing. Instead, I have taken classes and truly poured all my effort into newborns.
What do I need to bring for my baby’s newborn session?
You only need to bring a pacifier and whatever your baby needs to eat a few times. My photo studio has everything you and your baby may need (Diapers, wipes, bottle warmer, water and snacks). From wraps to headbands and baskets to beds, I have an incredible prop selection to inspire and explore.
Do you photograph siblings and families during newborn sessions?
Sibling and family photos are included with every newborn session. One of my favorite parts of every newborn session is the family and sibling photos. There is just something special about creating the first family photos for parents.
Do you do outdoor photography?
I do not do outdoor sessions. All photo sessions by Megan Grove Photography take place at my studio. My studio is located at 1226 West Ash Street – Unit E, Windsor, Colorado.
